I have been with the company for about 4 months, and I've had a great experience so far. I like my Manager, and I believe he genuinely cares about his employees. My concerns are that the company doesn't seem to have any formal onboarding or training for new hires, and it feels like "sink or swim".

I like the strategic direction and the high standards that are being established. I feel that if we had some more training, it would be helpful because we are getting so much down the pipeline at once.
