So far it has not been enjoyable, i am never excited to come to work. It seems like the company cares more about money than they do about people or the dogs in our care.

That the quality of care for dogs is important
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid enough for the amount of work im doing. Im having to do the work of 2 or 3 people daily due to staffing issues.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are extremely short staffed and not getting paid enough while also not getting approved for overtime when we need people here considering the law is 1 person per 10 dogs and we dont meet that
