Embracing of animals in every aspect.

Seem committed and engaged. Trying to make improvements.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Strong immediate team that is collaborative and willing to get the work done.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Overworked, exhausted, other functions not able to keep up and offload work to our function that shouldn't be here. At one point I went months without a full day off. Constant chaos.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not sure. IT is a middle of the road typical package. While I believe I am paid fairly with respect to others in the company, I believe I am underpaid for what I can earn in the marketplace.
