I love DP. I did have a rough start coming into the remote work experience, however, now that I am part of the integration team I LOVE it! The company has transformed and grown for the better and I am excited to see it continue to thrive!

Being able to improve processes with my coworkers and the entire DP team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We understand each other and are always willing to help each other out. #onepack! We empathize with each other and will jump in whenever needed!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The thing that I like best about the leadership team is that DP is finally seeing movement! For so long the company has been stagnant and now we are seeing improved processes and much needed growth!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be paid more to at least reach the average of an integration specialist. While my current salary was okay when I started, I have now grown in my position and know that my worth has grown as well. A pay increase would make me feel better.
