What makes you most happy at work?
when a co worker brings in water on hot days because it is not provided even on the hottest days for 10 hours
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
general manager joann is barely around. screams at employees while customers are around instead of communicating like an adult. she doesnt get the supplies we need to do our jobs correctly/safely no matter how often its brought up. doesnt fix things that need to be fixed for safety reasons.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
ive been here for a year doing closing manager duties and not being paid closing manager wages. i have two jobs to support myself because im underpaid here and then given attitude for not helping other departments on my days off. if i was paid fairly i wouldnt need two jobs.
