probably the worst company ive worked for. you overcharge clients and allow your employees to get abused by clients with no backlash. on top of that, you are killing pets.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to stop being so money hungry and prioritize pet care and their employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
we've had kennel cough for 3 months. no one has done anything because we're too money hungry. PETS HAVE DIED.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
probably the fact that me and the TECHS get along amazing. i know i have someone there that has my back at all times.
What are some of the best things about your team?
TECHS ONLY: they're all super approachable and care about their coworkers. they pick up the extra slack and are overall in this for pet care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because i get 14 an hour to do my manager's work on top of my own and get yelled at by angry clients because WE got their pet sick since we're so money hungry.
