pretty good. i've been working at mutty paws for about 2 years now and i've enjoyed most of it. i haven't enjoyed the transition of switching to destination pet, though. it made me choose to step down from a supervising role

communication of new policies and ways of doing things (ie: transitioning to ginger, training tasks, scheduled services)
What are some of the best things about your team?
the senior staff is incredibly knowlegable in dogs and dog behavior and most of us all have each others' backs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work over 8 different positions here and feel I could be paid higher and the means of surviving in life with our pay is hard
