I have worked at K9 Kaos for 13 years and have loved every minute of it. Of course there are hard days, but I have always found my job extremely rewarding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great! We jump in and help each other whenever it's needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
The dogs definitely make me the happiest. I also enjoy interacting with the customers, interacting with my staff, and striving to learn something new each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have always stuck to a small business feel and a "family" mentality. We are able to life each other up and encourage one another while also holding each other accountable. We have a really great balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pet insurance!! I have already used the insurance for 2 claims and it has been a life changer. It puts my mind at ease knowing I have a safety net for my dog. The health, and dental are great and I love the perks discount!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how friendly and helpful they are. I almost always get an immediate response any time I have a question or need help. They don't make me feel incompetent when I need assistance and help me be a better manager for my center and my staff.
