Again people up in the company care about only $ signs. Let some top staff to work in store and in the position that they make decisions for.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
All leadership staff need to come and work shifts at store that they are making blind decisions for before implementing changes and add to the work load . That way they have better understating on what works and what does not .
