My manager and team are the reason I stay. I feel like I have grown a lot and taken on new challenges including to help new policies and procedures to ensure we are setup with scalable strategies, but I have not been compensated or promoted for it.

My manager and my team. I would not still be working here without my manager or without my supportive team.

I have taken on several additional roles, my title doesn't even apply any longer, but I have yet to be promoted.
