STOP THE CHILDISH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BEHAVIOR!! Managers especially! Positive reinforcement!

The managers (CHILDISH) Only have gotten 1 raise in 2 years. Have trained in multiple departments & have trained bathers! I'm insulted!! Being treated FAIR!!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything! Doing their job No favortism Include others in social media LISTEN!!! No cliques Not spreading rumors Talking about others Etc.........
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not being treated like im not worthy Being told im doing a good job instead of finding reasons to hurt/blame me just because you might not like me! Need positive reinforcement!!
