I love what we have created at the animal hospital as far as our care towards the animals. Plans, pricing, discounts, policies, etc. are constantly changing and it makes it challenging in order to effectively complete our day to day job while showing compassion to those we care for.

We are able to be ourselves and be accepted by the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not received a pay raise in 3 years even though the cost of living has increased dramatically.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can comfortably voice our opinions about life with each other. Our manager has created a safe and comfortable working environment. We are able to joke and have fun with each other throughout the day even working in this highly stressful industry.
