I was so happy with the company and my job when the center was first acquired. When the general manager left for another center things went downhill fast. Not to mention the promotion to assistant gm, that i was told i was going to get and that i deserved was giving to someone who isnt ready for it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management within the center needs to be all on the same page.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing will fix not getting the promotion I was told i was going to get...
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire more staff and appreciate the staff that has been stepping up when we are short staffed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promote people who truly deserve it and that know every part of the position before the promotion. Don't judge someone based on one interaction with them like Bryan did..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do the work of myltiple people, I pick up the slack thoughout the center. I handle the social media and events. I have worked my butt off for 2 1/2 years here and have made it very clear my goals within the company..
