I feel there have been too many changes in Sr. management and direction to successfully develop a real culture and identity. That being said my overall experience has been positive.

Vet and Pet center discounts, if I didn't have a pet, I don't think there is anything that stands out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Regular reviews and compensation adjustments. Most companies I have worked for have annual reviews with 3-5% annual rases. This company's approach to wait till the employee threatens to leave is not a great way to retain talent.
