Overall I love my grooming team. We are booked out for months. We have a large loyal client base. I feel our kennel is subpar and needs a serious overhaul. The way the kennel is run makes me uncomfortable. So much so that I won't bring my own dogs there.

We are always laughing and having fun. Even when we are stressed, we work well together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Kiara is an excellent listener. I have never felt so at ease bringing problems up to a manager until I had her. She's quick to resolve issues and get us supplies. She appreciates us and shows that regularly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We aren't just coworkers. We are family. We can see when someone needs help without being asked. We work amazing together. We do have one teammate that doesn't pull her weight the same as the rest of us and it has put a strain on our days when working with her.
