The change from Cornerstone to Gingr has been frustrating. A lot of changes (pricing and packages) seem to be implemented last minute which makes client interactions difficult. There is also a lack of systemized employee training which makes onboarding new employees difficult.

The staff meshes well together and are ready to support each other when and where needed

My manager take an interest in staff well being and genuinely want the staff to develop their skills and give recognition when applicable
