hardworking amd go getters, but the ones that arent helpful or ready to work are retained and treated the same
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in zoology, and could be paid alot more somewhere else where I wouldn't have to work nearly as hard or be as stressed out
