Horrible. Had high hopes when we were bought out. Empty promises and broken hopes. Most staff does not feel appreciated or compensated for the work they do. Clients are frustrated and turned off due to all of the changes made. This company is all about money and it definitely shows

Ability to jump in and help complete daily tasks, admirable personalities, good work ethic

Lack of respect from site management, lack of involvement from upper management, over worked and under paid
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many clients and not enough staff to accommodate. Lack of morale. Management practically is nonexistent. Poor pay and long hours.
