Communication and incentives to bring in more profits. Better scheduling for grooming appointments
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its okay. I just wish the pay periods were not 15 days for groomers

Better retention rate of customers. As a groomer, csr's rarely focus on scheduling the next fee appointments to ensure quality grooming service and to avoid overbooking the groomer
