Raising prices for clients without raising salery for employees
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Treat others how you would like to be treated. This is a WORK enviroment, it is not high school. Alot of people do not know how to seperate Personal from Professional.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better and fair pay for the amount of hard work put in. Equal and fair raises. More pay for people who work multiple departments. Not being favored for who you are friends with in the management department, but being valued for the quality of work put in.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We charge so much money for clients to bring their dogs in, but yet the staff in severly underpaid, the building is in need of desperate repairs, and on average 1/4 of the tools we use on a daily basis are either broken or close to breaking. But yet money is spent elsewhere and towards marketing.
