I love getting paid a decent wage and I love all of the opportunities to learn and advance my skills. Unfortunately, I've been with this company almost 2 years and I've never had a review so it's difficult for me to know what skills I need to strengthen.

Being able to make a positive difference in an animal's life
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's a difference between a boss and a leader. A boss tells you what to do whereas a leader guides you. I appreciate that they're leaders!
