What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers I work with but I could care less for corporate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think our manager if our facility is doing fantastic but I'm severely unimpressed with corporate
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is all very new but they are all very nice and I enjoy working with them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't make enough to live and don't get an annual review with potential raise because I happened to get a promotion within the last year. If you want to keep good employees out need to pay for loyalty and you don't.
