At first, it seemed promised me. My management team was organizing with me to set up training programs, but after I did all the work the "publication" of all my work was put on hold. I was also give no support for me to train technicians, but would micromanage my work, it was not mine anymore.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At this hospital we are all positive and try to encourage eachother.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers, there is no toxicity, and get some interesting cases and I enjoy learning new things everyday
What are some of the best things about your team?
Within this hospital we all work as a team. We are also friends off the floor so we work very good together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Team pack mentality. I don't feel that between hospitals there is any connection, and higher ups don't do anything to facilitate cooperation between hospitals. No training programs and education for technicians with in the hospitals. No raises available, and bare minimum benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am one of the few licensed technicians and have not received a raise in 3yrs that I have worked for this company. Being an experienced technician of 13yrs now, I have gone above and beyond; helping train technician, create hospital protocol, and make presentations to train technicians...
