Onboarding at Shelter Island is great. On boarding at the company level is all but non-exsistant. There is no onboarding structure at a company level.

Our PM. He keeps is informed and takes our input and makes it into actions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Onboard needs to be better. The PM at shelter Island has a good OB program but runs i to issues at the HQ lvl
