Brand new general manager seems to be genuinely interested in changes for the better
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
a lot of work needs to be done and a lot of things need to be undone. hopefully new gm will guide us in the right direction. would be nice if corporate showed genuine interest in employees and even who consistently received praise or 5 star reviews. there need to be incentives and a connection.
