I am starting to adjust to how things get done at destination pet, I feel secure and comfortable. I love coming to work. I enjoy being around my co-workers. Its been nothing but good energy.

Everybody is there for you, whenever its needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Someone is alwasy there to help you with anything, whether thats with work or sometjing mentally. We just all take care of eachother.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I havent been at destination pet for too long, but mainly its tge teamwork and how everyone is like family at my location.
What makes you most happy at work?
A happy day at work is no dog fights, no one getting bit, everyone gettibg along. Mainly getting to be around what makes me happy, dogs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like for the type of job it is, dealing with some dogs that can be more aggressive is scary and not something everyone is able or willing to do, let alone dealing with the dog fights that happen. I myself have been bit over 10 times now, just feel like we should have better pay for risking.
