What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We enjoy teaching our co-workers. We care about pets health more than money (I think?)
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the time to really help our patients, and time to talk with clients, and not make the clients feel rushed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I should make enough money to be able to live on my own in Denver ( and not in income restricted apartments). It’s an industry-wide problem, but so much worse with the housing market in Denver.
