My manage, who kills herself to keep our center positive and motivated
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Since all Corp is concerned about is their bottom dollar I don't hold out hope that there will be any improvements
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Since they are entitled millennial that don't really want to work they need better work ethic. We could work better together if that did as they were asked. The problem is there are no repercussions to not performing their job. There is too much red tape to dismiss an employee that is not cutting it
