I had a great opportunity at first when first hired on since we have had change in hospital views or hours. The hospital has gone through many changes that I feel my experience is going down because I am no longer growing. I want to help other grow if I am unable to grow at the momment.

I enjoy interacting with pets and giving them a good experience at the vet
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Positive attitudes. Create a building trust exercise for employees to get to know eachother better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to have a better compensation for the qualifications I currently have. I wish I could be training other technicians to become more knowledgeable in ER medicine.
