What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Dfs care less about their customers than they do about their staff. But they don't care, because if you want a sofa you buy it from them or one of their subsidiaries.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Equal pay between depots. Less nepotism. Seriously looking at management's abilities and getting rid of dead wood.
