- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Dfs care less about their customers than they do about their staff. But they don't care, because if you want a sofa you buy it from them or one of their subsidiaries.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Equal pay between depots. Less nepotism. Seriously looking at management's abilities and getting rid of dead wood.
