I love my team. Everybody has a particular strength that creates a full powerhouse of awesomeness.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making prospective and existing customers happy. Resolving pain-points and helping them work more efficiently. There is no better satisfaction than knowing you are helping others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Empathetic team - working remote during COVID really helped illustrate to me that exec leadership is human, too, and has so many of the same work/home balance issues we do. They're been transparent and supportive through so many challenges. I feel very seen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're growing more diverse by the day, and while we have not been able to meet all of the recent new hires in the organization we have social media channels and zoom gatherings to bring people together and share and celebrate what makes us unique and a strong collective group.
