What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is adept at understanding the bigger strategic vision, while easily dipping into the specific tactics and actions needed to execute on that vision.
They care about our employees and want to see them succeed. They're also human and will make mistakes but very open to feedback.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Directly is very fair with their pay. This is incredibly hard in such a competitive market like SF, but they pay very well.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The sales team is rock solid. People actively encourage each other and use "healthy" competition to push for improvement.
They have great ideas and provide help whenever I ask.

Directly is full of people who are committed to the mission of the company. They work hard and play hard, making it a fun place to go to work.

The people - the team is excited about the possibilities and committed.
I have enough control to get stuff done, but I am not left on an island either. I am being set up for success and that makes me happy.
