What are some of the best things about your team? We're a mixed team and each of us has complementary strengths that we bring. I think we're all gonna be pretty vital to our ongoing success.
What do you like best about the leadership team? They care about everyone in the company, they care about the people who use the site, and they genuinely care about their mission and values and the music loving community as a whole.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Flexible hours, Friday team lunch.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything. They're terrible strategists, terrible managers, terrible decision makers. The spend company money on themselves and don't respect the employees or listen to their feedback. Basically they're pretty clueless and the website and it's incredible community are suffering as a direct result.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Completely new leadership team. They are literally ruining the company and everyone below them talks about it all the time and nothing ever changes.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Knowing more about why they wanted to hire someone (yes, they didn't have a strong answer to that).
