They are professional, they are not "cold and distant" they take interest in our lives ourside of work to enable to help us do better in our jobs, example childcare needs, school schedules and distancr we drive to and from work
Team work and communication between dhmt and app, looking fodward to solve problems and learn skills
Lead APPs appreciation of the DHMT role.
I agree to disagree with them
Tacoma managers recently tried to enforce mandatory overtime through scheduling excess on call shifts to the DHMTs. Some were under scheduled for 10-11 shifts with 3-5 on calls, others were scheduled for 14-16 shifts with 5 on call shifts. No regard for work life balance.
Our leadership team consistently pushes people out when they aren't yes men
Low deductible and DH covers a large amount of the premium, its very very generous
Full coverage for health, dental, vision
All of it is the best
Yearly PTO increases. Consistent raises.
Pay should be higher. And motivation bonus
Strenuous work and tasked to master and perform skills that are not apart of EMT standards of care. Beneficial for a Tuition reimbursement program, maybe a community paramedic program. Pay should reflect time invested into DispatchHealth, patient satisfaction, market satisfaction with DHMT.
More money. We need more money
I think that all DHMT's deserve to be paid more. Not only do they have the clinical aspect of the job, they have the physical part as well.
Great work ethnic, very smart and great sense of humor
APPs love to teach, we all enjoy the work we do
Team work and communication between each other. They are willing to teach and learn. Above and beyond.
Learning from adavcned providers, commradery with other EMTs/Medics.
How easy they are to get along with

Most of us have a similar background in urgent care and very negative experiences and we all have a huge appreciation for the amazing company we work for
Lead DHMT is very supportive, flexible scheduling, fun coworkers
Progressive company values. The attempt to be inclusive and the actual effort putforth to making work place open and comfortable to all, instead of just voicing inclusiveness for appearances. Being open to criticism and making haste for change to address said criticisms. Upward mobility!
It's all talk. no action.
You learn new stuff everyday
Incitive bonus or trips so you can keep your employer engaged in work and be proactive

Learning new things for future career goals
Learning new skills studying new cases
Making a difference in pts lives, genuinely. Servicing communities that have lost trust and faith in healthcare and rebuilding that rapport with them. Learning skills and clinical thought processes from working alongside APPs and direction/advice given by ER MDs.
Knowing that we provide the best for the patient
Pay us better. Quit having placing people in management roles that are nasty people
