Mr. Mac Naughton served as the Chief Merchandising Officer of Wal-Mart.com USA, LLC from January 28, 2011 to November 2014. He served as the Head of Health and Wellness Division at SUPERVALU Inc. since August 2009. He served as an Executive Vice President of Merchandising for Walmart U.S., since October 2010 and was responsible for consumables, health and wellness and Walmart.com. He served as an Executive Vice President of Marketing & Merchandising of SUPERVALU Inc. from 2006 to September 28, 2009. He served as an Executive Vice President for Merchandising & Marketing of New Albertson's, Inc. since April 18, 2005 and served as its Senior Vice President for Merchandising since June 18, 2004. Prior to 2003, he served as Group Vice President of Grocery Merchandising of HEB Grocery Company (food retailing) since November 2003 and Group Vice President of Grocery Merchandising and Own Brand since 1998. He served at H.E. Butt Grocery Company. During his career, he has built a comprehensive understanding of the grocery industry from both a manufacturer and a retailer perspective. Prior to HEB, he spent 13 years with Kraft Foods, Inc., where he demonstrated leadership in key areas such as category sales management and planning, sales strategy, brand and product development, trade planning and strategic food marketing and business planning. He has a strong track record of more than 30 years of experience in the retail sector. He has been a Director of CROSSMARK, Inc. since May 26, 2015. He serves as a Director of National Association of Chain Drug Stores. He serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Idaho. Mr. Mac Naughton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
