Executive Bio

Mr. Gary A. Maxwell serves as President of Maxwell Value Chain. Mr. Maxweel serves as Chief Solutions Officer of Orchestro, Inc. He has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Dollar Tree, Inc. since October 2015. He is an innovative supply chain leader with extensive global experience in logistics, merchandise distribution and replenishment, inventory management, offshore analytics and engineering. He has used his experience to help retail suppliers build smarter networks and serve their retail customers better through his consulting company, MVC. He was the Senior Vice President of Global Business Process Engineering for Walmart International, where he and his team were responsible for developing engineering solutions to meet future business strategies, helping to define the best way of working to be adopted globally and developing a centralized alignment process for allocating resources and capital to the top international priorities through the Portfolio Management Office. Mr. Maxwell joined Walmart in 1999. He has held a number of operating roles, including Vice President of Distribution for Sam's Club, Vice President of Warehouse Administration, Senior Vice President of Merchandise Replenishment and Senior Vice President of International Supply Chain. Prior to joining Walmart, he served as Senior Vice President - Merchandise Distribution and Replenishment of The Caldor Corporation since January 1997. Previously, Mr. Maxwell served as Vice President-Merchandise Distribution and Replenishment of Caldor Corp. from January 1994 to January 1997 and served as its Vice President-Merchandise Planning and Control from June 1993 to January 1994. From May 1990 to June 1993, he was a Consultant for Webb and Shirley, a department of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. Prior to Caldor, he served at a large U.S. consulting firm specializing in the manufacturing and retail sectors. Mr. Maxwell serves as Member of Innovation Advisory Board at Orchestro, Inc.
