Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
STOCK OPTIONS! Let employees have stock options again. The 401k match is only $500 per year. There is pay inequity across teams with the same roles and levels of experience i.e. folks' with more work experience making less in the same role, making it seem like our work is inconsistently evaluated.

I really enjoy my role at Drift but believe a higher salary and more aggressive bonus structure would make my compensation closer to what I would be offered outside of the organization.

Transparency - execs will sometimes change things and not acknowledge or announce it, word will just spread from person to person. Speed - working quickly is important but there is definitely such a thing as too fast - can result in mistakes and sub par products.
