Too much driving. I drive 40 miles plus in one direction from home and have another priority or "hard date" job scheduled 40 miles in the opposite direction from home, so I end up traveling 80 miles between the 2 then another 40 to get back home. That is too much with the little bit they reimburse.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working alone and not being interrupted

Being able to work alone and make my own schedule, most of the time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid more for mileage to account for the wear and tear on my vehicle.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I never know my team mate when going on a job with one. Being able to interact more would be nice
