i work out on the road for the deployment division. I love my job and what i do. I have met some of the most wonderful people. As much as i love what i do....i wish the company loved me for what i do. The hourlys don't get yearly raises. Everyone makes the same if you are there 10 yrs or 10 min.

Traveling to the many different cities and states to build something in their community.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to be comfortable in my own home dvd do my interviews virtually.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they would give hourlys a raise based on work and time vested in the company. And not shutting us down from working for months at a time with no notice.
