What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying employees in full and on time. As well as a fair living wage.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The corporate office needs to value the people who break their back for them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promised an annual raise when I was hired. In 4 years I've had 1 raise.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When you pay people minimum wage and require them to use personal vehicles and buy their own uniforms and name badges , most will just collect a pay check. Not work with pride.
