What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I think "culture" is a made up yuppie thing

What makes you most happy at work?

I love the kind of work I do, making things better for my customers, and the reaction from my customers for a project well done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

3 years with company, and 25 years experience, Not only are my clients extremely happy, but also managers in all the extra work stores I have picked up, And yet no performance raise.

What did you like most about the interview process?

due to my extensive experience my hiring was pretty much a no brainer. Bur based on the many new hires I have seen it must be a matter of looking for someone with a pulse

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Value your good experienced reps who are in the field getting the job done AND picking up the balls dropped by the inexperienced new hires. Be willing to pay for experience and performance. Too many really good reps leave for better opportunities and get replaced with a long string of newbies.
