Driveline is terrible to work for. They don't give two rips about their employees. We're all expendable.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better pay. Be more considerate of their workers. Stop valuing work plans over the lives of workers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Again, it's not the co-workers are the stores we work in that are the problem. We don't work in Driveline's office. We're field reps. We go to other stores to work. The people at the Dollar General stores were we do out work are nice.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview process is neither good or bad really. It's conducted by district managers, not the top people. The DMs are nice. It's corporate that is horrible. You'll think everything is going great until you have to interact with corporate and find they're not the same as you're coworkers.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The merchandisers who work for Driveline are good people. It's the company that is horrible. The coworkers aren't the problem. Not even the district manager is the problem. The DMs get screwed over just as badly as the merchandisers. All of the problems stem from the top; Randy Wilson, the CEO.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

All of their merchandisers are very undervalued. A while back Driveline massively undercut allowed time for a sock reset. None of us merchandisers were compensated for all of our time. It figured out to about half. I know several other reps and they all had this happen. Never know if you'll be paid.
