years.. Again, no raise in 5 years Tired of being taken advantage of with no recognition. I have worked many hours off the clock to get a head. But still nothing. Tired of putting forth 100% and getting nothing in return.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A RAISE! I am tired of asking & getting no where.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its hard to find positivity in this company when you have been employed here for 5 years & are making the same or less as new hires.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There needs to be not such a big turnover of district managers. You are tossed from district manager to district manager. I have been there 5 years without one raise from the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have never gotten a raise from driveline & I have been there for 5 years. I have been tossed from one district manager to the next. Always their excuse not to be able to give me a raise.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
First of all, the dms should not just hire anyone that passes a background check. You get people that have no idea what they are doing. They cant take care of their personal hygiene let alone their assignments in a store.
