They need to give yearly raises. No incentive to get the vaccine. They need to level out their work orders it's everything for a couple of months then nothing for a couple of weeks. Better planning for the merchandisers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most store managers that I work with are really nice and want to hire me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most are old seniors and work slower than I but we split the time equally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need yearly raises. Never had a raise in 3 yrs. The time that they give to a project is to little going over is not good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
She is always working to make things better. She is always in contact and answers all your questions. She works hard and I feel sorry for her because her area is to big. They could at least give her an assistant.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Make POG and instructions more accurate. Make upc on POG match Upc on product. I know most of it is out of Drivelines control and is the store that is at fault but it would be great if someone would tell them.
