Closing the store goes on hours after our scheduled time. (Ex: shift: 3-10.,) I'm given a 30 minute break however we sometimes close the store hours after closing shift. Are we to be given a 30 minute after 9 + hours of work? The work expected dosen't match the pay We're expected to play many roles

That we (co workers aka peasant) through same torture together

Get to know them instead of what they've done ask what they CAN do
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Equal (but diffrent) work , (authentic) understanding, kind, patient, realistic, one who dosent take advantage and dump work on worker and more so the closing shift
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Anything more than 7+ hours on your feet deserves an hour break Sometimes we're out to work 3-10pm (close) however at times we dont leave until hours after 10pm when we've only taken a 30minute break in the middle of the shift Also in order to clock in and out you have to go to a diffrent floor
