I have had numerous issues with this one manager Who constantly tries to avoid doing any work, it is mandatory for a manager to close at least one day in the week but she refuses and doesn't close at all yet sons in other people to do the job for her, I don't understand why she is still here.

communication is a big thing the management team needs to work on as they let anybody do whatever they want when it comes to scheduling or what they are going to do with an associate throughout the day
