Overall the core team i have worked eith and for has been good. However the lack of value placed on the emoloyees in store, lack of clear direction from corprate office, constant assosciate turnover, constant cuts to payroll and messy customers is a big red flag.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The buildingvis heated and has air conditioning.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and make fun of all the things wrong here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My manager and ASM bith were present and transparent on job duties, expectations and really gave me a welcoming feeling that continued through my time with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Basing a managers rate of pay off of rhe area the store is in tather then on the roll in which they fill is unfair. A supervisor in one city will be making far leas then one in another ciry simply nased on "fair market value" yet asked to di the same job as the one getting pair more.
