I work at DSW as a Sales Associate for 2 years now and I loved my job up until we got a new SM and she is extremely disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional to her employees. She Does not treat us with any sort of respect, and has said some pretty awful things about my fellow coworkers!
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was with my ASM back in 2021 and it was very professional, nothing I hear now from our new employees that are hired about the hiring process
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel my manager is not a good fit for the role and a store visit where higher up or HR comes in and talks to each associate one on one about her to discuss how everyone feels, because I feel everyone's feelings deserved to be validated!
