Too many changes without support to the store teams that have to implement them.

Cost of healthcare is high. PTO could be much better since it has to be used for sick time. Salary workers must use PTO if they leave early even if they worked a double the day before.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Above the store level they do not follow the company values. RDs and DMs work you till you drop and then still say you have not done enough even if you are beating all your KPIs. Someone is always doing better than you and if your not the top your nothing.
