they know what they're doing and need little guidance. they ask for work and always put their best foot forward.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It includes all the benefits and is the most I've ever been paid to work in retail as a sales lead. They are definitely fair with their pay
What makes you most happy at work?
It's a fun friendly atmosphere and there's always something to do. it's not stressful because I have ample time to get what needs to be done done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They want to help you learn and grow within the company. They're aren't there to hinder you. They sell fun products and know how to work with and coach a team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the assistant manager could be a little better at my location. he has incredibly unpredictable moods and treats his staff like he's better than them sometimes. Other than that the culture is fantastic.
